What's in it: AI: - Xenos are much faster, improved AI (It's very hard now, so you better stick together. Oh yeah and that toy you used for role play, the motion tracker, now you`ll need it;) - Lurker is now deadly. You cannot push him back up once he pounced on you. Only a teammate can save you from it. (Otherwise lurkers are nothing but role play, not dangerous at all..) - Mercs bullet damage is the same as yours (In other words, you`ll die in 3-4 bullets) General changed and fixes: -Fixed the heavy and acid resistance armor that didn't work in Bughunt. Now they do work (Randy forgot to link them properly for Bughunt) -Buffed all 3 armors including heavy chitin for xenos. - Recoil added to all weapons to make it less cod and more skillful. - Changed TDM and Capture timelimit to 10 minutes. (5 minutes is kind of low..) - Changed Hudson`s Pulserifle to automatic instead of bursts only. And much more.. Check our the content.txt for the full list.

Wow,It's cool!But Xenos are too fast to shoot them...Completing 30 waves is a "Mission Impossible" in Bug Hunt mode.Can you make Xenos slower?

The recoil is great! It gives me a new reason to play the campaigne from start to end. But I die every single minute, even on recruit... O-o
The second mission is impossible to handel with the wy merchs. One hit...death.... respawn....death....respawn...death...usw. lol
Im glad you all liked it. Well in the beginning they all look too fast but youll get used to it. Also I designed it to play with a squad and use teamwork. Youll make it :-). Dont forget to join the steamgroup! :-)

I dont think that would be possible. All those changes has to be set manually.
To give the game the normal speed and allow the quicktime events on a closeencounter, don´t install this file:
--- DEFGEN_UnlocksVersus_SF.upk ---
With the original file, you can play it alone, without dying on every corner. ;-) And you don´t get stocked on quicktime events in the campaigne.
BTW:
You can mix this mod with other mods. I´ll mixed this mod with no merchs and wellding mods for Bug Hunt. Works great!
This + Dof autofocus = another reason to play this game again. Seriously, I'm coming back to this game every year from it's release because of it's modding community :D

The mod is great! No doubt about it. But it dosen´t work on SP plus Camapagne.
For Example:
The very first Lurker on distress...he jumps on you...death, becouse you can´t kick him off. Threr is no change to handel it alone.
The slow version is hard enough with the recoil and the DOF Autofocus, believe me... ;-)
I have played this mod a bit yesterday and well, it's hard but not impossible, by my way xeno speed in this mod is fine. Thought that thing with lurker is a bit crappy, some places are impossible to beat because of this. Idk about weyland mercs.
Wy merchs are the same like with the survival mod. One hit, you´re gone. The merchs not like the Tropers from Star Wars. They always hit you from a very, very, very far distance. Sometimes you don´t know why you exploded into thousend pieces. ;-)
Thats why I (or we) play this mod with the no merchs mod for bug hunt.
When fighting mercs always take cover. Try to outplay them tactically with your teamm8.
In BH, however, I only included the heavy mercs.
Aliens are fine (beside lurker) thought mercs are almost impossible to fight with. It would be fine if you lower their hitpoints by half so player would have any chance of winning in close combat... and any chance of killing them at all. Also, W-Y NSG 23 Assault Rifle (that gun with flamethower as alt fire in unchanged version) is preety useless, give it some damage buff or lower it's recoil. I will test out rest weapons soon.
Well lol I never thought about the first Lurker encounter lol, well at least we can shoot it down before it attacks you.
Also I created this patch to play in a team, and use teamwork. Its the only way to win and its awsome. I played alot with Xenon and we managed to finish but we did die alot. It was awsomely fun.
I will look into creating a second patch for BH with xenos only later on. Keep in touch!
Don't look at what I wrote about xeno speed. I found out that it's somehow broken to me, and sometimes they move at standart speed, and sometimes they run like sonic the hedgehog (entering in almost buggy speed) depending on level.

make sure you replaced the .ini files correctly. Otherwise it wont work.

hey jason are you still alive? I want you update this mod. spitters flight projectery need to normal. they spit to fast and don't even take time to reload after spitting the first time. other than that the mod is fine. the xeno speed is fine it's impossible to beat the power loader fight even with friends because they are a little too fast. thats part of the game the spitters are the only problem i have with it. can you explain how to make these changes i'm thinking about trying to mod it.
