New version with some minor tweaks and a new localization file that will allow me to add new garrison units and a whole new additional tweaked roster based on a popular unit pack.
-Added unit abilities that were missing for garrison units.
-Changed garrisons in Russia no more militia infantry, cossack infantry instead for russian group of factions.
-Minutemen changed to USA only for availability.
-Grenzers can now be recruited in Austria home regions.
-Riskers of soul unlocked in Middle-East (6 cap) for Ottomans.
-Added a newer version of the UPC file which include all the new names and region string for my next Add-on
Regarding Mod Compatibility
I am thinking of doing a lite version that do not requires a startpos.esf because it causes compatibility issues. If you use another mod that requires you to replace the startpos.esf then you will probably experience a CTD when ending turn 1.
