- "Could not load library client." when launching the mod.
- In-game menu.
- Gameinfo.txt now has correct parameters.

Added an additional output to end the game, after joining with
Father Grigory.
Originally, players would have to manually exit the level by
either disconnecting or closing the game.

Background menu map was purposely disabled by the author.
In cfg/valve.rc, the 'startupmenu' instruction is commented out.
// startupmenu
You can re-enable it by uncommenting this line:
startupmenu
