Sorry guys, I am not that good with the computers but I admire your mod and love the game so if you have time one really really full explanation of the install process starting from where am I supposed to download it and ending with the actual finish of the installation will be most appreciated. Please keep in mind that I cannot access the taleworlds forum. Thank you, whoever finds time to help me, for the understanding! :)

1.) Download either the basic or cinematic version of the mod for v0.23. Cinematic includes more graphic updates while the basic version keeps them lighter for older computers. Both have the same gameplay features.

2.) Extract this using something that can unpack .rar files such as a program like Winrar. This is a shareware program that can be found here: Startsdownload.com

3.) You'll now have two folders, "Floris Workshop" and "WSE v3.1.5". Both of these folders need to be placed within the "Modules" folder of your main warband application. The path should look something like "..\Mount&Blade Warband\Modules\<Floris Workshop or WSE>".

4.) Within the WSE v3.1.5 folder you'll find an application called "WSE Loader" and you need to start warband using that application first. By opening it, warband will automatically start up.

5.) In the little start-up window that asks which module you'd like to use you'll need to select "Floris Workshop". This was the mod's original name and hasn't been changed to maintain save games for players.

6.) Click the usual "Play Mount&Blade" button and things should work properly and a message like "Warband Script Enhancer v3.1.5 is running." should appear in the message log. On an initially started game you won't likely see this unless you use 'L' to view the game log as it will already be hidden from view.

Note: If, and only if, you run into an issue where WSE says it cannot find mb_warband_old.exe then copy all of the files in the WSE folder over into your main warband folder where the game's application is and that will resolve it. That issue is uncommon, but it does occur for some folks.

Sorry dude, but i did everything as u described and still some kind of a malfunction occurs saying that I have some security suite or antivirus program running but I don't have one. Please, help me.

Do you have the standard "windows defender" protection turned on? You can check by visiting your control panels from the start menu. WSE, by nature of how it interacts with warband, tends to trigger anti-virus software as being a threat.

If I change the name of the mod folder then where your saves are drawn from changes. Instead of having to explain to upgrading folks why their save games disappeared I thought it best to just wait until the next update that already broke save games was released. I just have not broken save games since v0.13's release in March 2013.

The mod began official development in January 2013 after I left the Floris project, but it's roots as the Floris Workshop extend back to April 2012. I'm glad you like it. It has been a fun hobby.

Did you upgrade the mod at some point and only upgrade text files? Try using a fresh installation and replacing the entire mid folder if you haven't already.

Are these transparent as in see through or are you seeing the checkered placeholder texture one sees on heraldic gear if no banner is assigned? If it is transparent I am unsure what could be causing it. It is someone I haven't encountered as yet. I wish I could be more help there.

I have a problem.
I did all that u writed, and then i had troubleshot with Mp_warband_old.exe
And i copied all from WSE in to main folder...but it still says like this:
mb_warband_old.exe - Entry point not found
?getDrive rCaps@system@FMOD@@QAG?AW4FM OD_RESULT@@HP AIPAHPAW4FMOD_SPEAKERMODE@@@Z could not be located in the dynamic link lybrary fmodex.dlll.
Help please :)
Note: i have Cracked M&B i dont know, if that makes a diffrence, but just to know.

Make sure that you're starting the mod using the WSE Loader within the WSE folder included in the download. Without it the mod will crash on "invalid opcode 8" errors.

Scottish, you have to upgrade your M&B to 1.153 or 1.158, that's what I had to do when that popped up on a previous mod. Great Mod btw Windy.

When I click on the wse loader am getting the same message as does Schottishweasel above.
Have a cd bought from Amazon, updated to 1.154.
Can load it ok but the qick-save doesn't work and it crashes with no message or warning.
Any ideas?

Hi, i need help. The mod works if i open it with the "normal" m&b launcher, but crashes. but when i open it with wse, and i click on play, nothing happens. the launcher looks like that: Directupload.net Is this normal? and why doesnt my game start?
