Shinra Rising 0.1b (old use latest) file

First version of the mod:

Actual Features as of version 0.1b:

-New Country: Shinra Company.
-New focus tree for shinra (still wip, uses defaul layout, some effects changed).
-New ideas (ministers etc) for Shinra.
-New Commanders/marshals for shinra.
-Start date its now 1933.
-New loading screens.
-New intro music.
-New songs (2 atm).
-2 new events.
-2 national spirits for Shinra.
-Basic 1936 oob for shinra.
-Oob for early Reinforcement.
-Changed city and state names of the shinra main province.

updated: lite fixes applied.
