Reworking the mod for manual installation. All files are inside.
Redesigned version of the mod to make it easier to manually install and remove the currently inoperable Cerus VI Mod Manager.
Install:
Required Mod Manager: SC2 Mod Manager Release 07/10/17 RC2 file - Revamp Expansion Mod (RVE) for Supreme Commander 2 - Mod DB
After installing Mod Manager, next install Mod Support and ScaleMod with "Add Mod" button. Next move them into right panel, firstly moving Mod Support, next mod.
Uninstallig: Just remove mode to left side, and it done.
