1.1 Release of OPBT : Remod. Remod already has the files of OPBT, so, no need to install the original version or anything, it's all already done! Hope you all enjoy!
Changelog :
- Replaced ambient_mp3 with target_cdaudio, this means that you can now change the music volumes in the options rather than having the whole thing at full volume everytime.
- Made the magazine on the SIG smaller to avoid clipping issues during reloading.
- Lowered down the magazine on the MP5k to avoid clipping during reloading, the left arm is also stretched a bit to avoid widescreen cutoff.
- Most HUD elements have been highres-ed, the only ones that are unchanged are due to coding that would make the sprites overlay each other.
- Modified the shotgun draw animation to use a single sound rather than trying to combine 2 sounds, should sound a bit more better.
- Altered env_fades in the intro, the old ones didn't mask the model transition enough.
- Added in some new sounds.
- Replaced old gibs with new ones.
- Added in new ENVs.
- Removed that one soldier in the intro that randomly stands still (which then the player model keeps on clipping through).
- Added in new Loading/Paused GFX.wad.
- Made 1024_scope blank to avoid widescreen issues.
- Added in Steam icons.

Remod is a HD mod for OPBT that tries to bring :
- HD Models.
- Detail texturing for most of the textures.
- HUD Changes.
- Music Changes (Used to use copyrighted music, now uses Gearbox's OP4 sountrack).
- Sound FX Changes.
- Revised text-based stuff (Objectives, credits).
INSTALLATION :
Installation is simple, simply extract the OPBTRemod folder that is inside the .7z into your Half-Life installation folder (Where hl.exe is located, NOT inside any of the other folder such as "valve" or "valve_hd")"
Example would be "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life"
There should now be "valve" and "opbt" inside you Half-Life installation folder along with any other
mod/steam-related folders you may have inside.
Restart Steam, "Operation Black Thunder - Remod" should be inside the Games list.
If that doesn't work somehow, create a shortcut of hl.exe, open it's Properties, add " -game opbt" to the end of the target bar.
Example would be "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life\hl.exe -game opbt"
The mod also adds simple detail texturing, if not activated yet, type "r_detailtextures 1" and its counterpart into the console.

The Keyboardsettings can`t be saved it`s allwais after loading
Standard.
Could you(or I) fix it?
Set your keyboard settings in the menu before playing, and then quit and reenter the game.
It should then keep the config settings.
after playing through this again for the first time i have to very impressive i love the fact you replaced the German with English which is a big thank you and also the reason i didn't really play the original version also i the you should replace the player, friendly grunts and the male assassin and the pvc pickup models with the ones found in the trusty crowbar pack other than that this is a very good hd remod of this.
One of those mods that isnt quite balanced. Too many enemies versus the number of health pickups.
