Does this require the steam version? Game keeps crashing while the map is loading and I cannot play as soviets.
I installed steam version (after several years of downloading) and it did indeed work.
edit: It would appear that battles of 2v2 are causing the game to crash (first attempt was a 1v1 battle). I attempted to create a 2v2 game vs ai twice and it crashed.
What happened before it crashed? Were there any similarities between either crashed game?
There is currently a single unit I know about that will crash the game (it's a Stug IV from a Fallschirmjager sub-sub doctrine).
When this mod is balanced, it will be a masterpiece.
There aren't too many cracks at total realism (game engine permitting IE lack of truesight*TM CoH2*); the number of units you can field in N44 for just one battle, let alone a whole match, is going to be staggering. Likewise, the rate in which you can lose those units will be pretty fast. It should be good times when it's all done.

truesight sucks, sometimes my inf will be in the perfect recon spot but the computer will decide they cant see anything, literally anything in any direction and they'll just sit there blind
