Here is the IMG Tool V2.0 that will work with Grand Theft Auto 3, Vice City and San Andreas "GTA3.img" files. This file is required for installing modifications such as cars, skins, weapons and several other items within the game.

i cant figure out what im doing wrong nothing gos wrong untill i try to start a new game or load another its starts to load half way through the whole game stops responding
same thing with me. rockstar games support team is helping me with my problem. wen they give me an answer, i'll tell u wat to do. okay?
