I answered that question below, all the changes except the chuurou fix are savr game compatible.

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, I'm Training villagers in one of my villages and after the training you get the message that the bandits are attacking, well, theres a rather glaring spelling error on that message,

"as you get ready to continue the training a sentry from the village runs up to you, shouting "Alarums"<-- it should be alarms. you know just a heads up. please and thank you!.

And i don't think the village garrison thing is working. because i opened the garrison and it had a whole bunch of peasants in it, i took them and turned them all into ninja and kunoichi and when i fought the invading bandits there wasn't a ninja in sight, just my samurai and a whole mess of villagers joined me in battle.

Hello Aruda-san. I really love your mod!
I have some problem with mine. I actually find out about your mod from taleworld forum. there was a link that brought me here, but the link was for the old version one (Gekokujo - Daimyo edition 1.0).
there were bugs I met.
1) I cannot send gift to settlement (in this case was Kyoto, my center)
2) I cannot talk to my vassal in Camp menu. I cannot talk via "talk to any active lord/lady" (my vassal actually are all companion that I granted fief)
Then I come back here to MODDB and realize that I have the old version one. then I download all the patch and the new version (2.0).

but I replace the old version in the directory with the new one. Is that the right method? or I suppose to delete the old and paste the new?

Anyway, I back to the game and load the game i was played. I dont know, seems work, there was nothing changed, maybe its save compatible?
And the bugs still exist...

You could try deleting the whole previous mod, and then fresh installing 2.0 along with its patches.

I recommend you a fresh install with a new savr game you should be able to talk to your companions from the menu once you made them your vassals and that should have worked in v1.0.

OK, so do we needto install the GekokujoDaymio 2.o FIRST, then the patch one and THEN this patch?
or are all these patches icluded on the Gekokujo daymio edition 2.0??

Gekokujo 1.175? There's no such thing i think you mistake it with Warband version. Just download version 2.0 from here, download and install two updates. DONT paste the mod into gekokujo files. This is a standalone mod.

I've downloaded this and everything seems to work fine, I've moved the extracted file into the modules file, the image is coming up on the launcher etc. and when I try to open it, again it works fine until the end of the loading screen and then it closes and brings up an RGL Error. The specific thing it says is:
'RGL ERROR

Unable to open Modules/Gekokujo - Daimyo Edition/sounds.txt'

Anyone with any suggestions?

First of all, Great job on reviving the gekokujo mod to the better...

Bugs Encountered:
=================

1) I've noticed that the City of [FUNAI] is bugged and I can't go in it. It sends me straight to the occupation army to fight or not and when it gets attack by anyone, I'm getting a spam message that states that my fish convoy (relation increase to town) I've send to Edo fails to arrive multiple times...

2) Another thing is I can't send gifts to my settlements its getting a Script Bug of sorts. I tried Sending via different villages and towns and the convoy doesn't spawn...

3) One of the villages [Shimazu] down south has no buildings so is it unfinished one or something? Elders there btw.

Are these known bugs or is it just my game?

Request:
========

1) Is it possible to add the [Find a Job Option] from the Original Gekokujo? Its a great way to increase relation to village and timeskip 3 Days ingame despite you can't move during the duration of the job, for recruiting purposes.

2) The small musket that you can use mounted needs a little fix in the animation cause when both I and AI aim the musket goes 45degress higher despite the avatar aims and shots straight. I noticed when I made my own mounted gunner unit.


PS: Nice Job on the [Custom Unit Creation], Took me a while to make a non-OP Units and making their gear was rewarding in the end...

Great update, but there are quite a few bugs I haven't seen in previous versions, but the two worst are:

1 - When I talk to someone who is sitting, his/her head disappears from the picture, so I'm talking to the wall, no head.

2- I can't recruit at all with my army inspector, I get the message: "Invalid party template..."

I haven't seen these mentioned in previous posts, making me believe I'm alone with these problems. Anyone else have these, or know of a solution to them?

1- This is hard coded. Cant do anything about it.

2- This is fixed in the upcoming version.

I'm also a mac user, and I have the same bug going on with tree textures and such. Aruda do you have a quick fix in mind (such as using older tree texture files? I've been thinking about that but i don't know enough about specific files to try)
