1. Change the category to weapons + choose an AK47 with 5123 as ammo amount
2. Open a hex editor and look for 1403. Near it should be 1D.
3. Change the 1D to the item you want. For example if you want the bomb change the 1D to 74 (because 116 in hex is 74)
4. Save then open the save file up in the editor again and save from that.
