Bug fixes, Faction Balancing, New sounds & artwork. I need feedback on bugs & faction balance. General feedback also welcome. Only works on OpenRA 20170527. (Current Stable release build)
Gameplay:
- Engineers(saboteurs) now do 33% damage to enemy buildings over 66% health on entry. Enemy structures under 66% health are captured as normal. (This is how it was in Red Alert)
- Infantry within APC's no longer die when it is destroyed.
Balance:
- GDI A10 bombs tweaked to improve performance.
- GDI/Soviet Mammoth tank missiles range increased.
- GDI Recon Drone Timer reduced.
- GDI MLRS effectiveness reduced slightly.
- Soviet Mig missiles can now hit aircraft.
- Nod ICBM Submarine nerfed, Although, build limit removed & the price has been reduced.
Artwork:
- Nod base structures have re-coloured (again) Hopefully a cleaner look.
- Nod Submarine art has been changed.
- GDI Guard Towers now have their two-tone colour look back.
Sound:
- A couple new voices for Abilities/Super-weapons.
- NOD Satellite Hack plays a sound on activation now.
Fixes:
- Capturing certain enemy structures should no longer remove units & structures from your build-bar.
- Nod Temple now activates properly when launching a missile.
