So here is the update that I have already announced yesterday. I uploaded it faster than it was planned, which is fliorcid's merit who lended me his great GeoColonial mods (visit: Steamcommunity.com ). Note: This beta is NOT compatible with "Extended Timeline" because of the colonial regions but the test beta should work.
This beta contains:
1. Everything from the **EARLY TEST BETA** download, primarily the unit stats.
2. Tons of new colonial regions in Asia, Africa and Oceania with unique events. (fliorcid)
3. Rebalanced tech groups.
4. Some enfeeblements for Confucianism and celestial empires.
How to install:
Download the mod. Then unpack the .rar file either into C:/Programs (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Europa Universalis IV/mod or into Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/mod. (If one of these options doesn't work, just try the other one). If you have already installed my test beta it will ask you to overwrite, just accept.
