This is version 2.0 of the Clan Quest Mod. Changes include updates to UP and CE, more mods integrated into the installer, and two new quests / cut scenes. Just unzip the file and run the installer. Reference the packaged readme, for more details.
Please note that there is a typo in the readme packaged with the file. When running the installer, and asked to point to your Vampire folder, you need to point it at the Vampire directory underneath the Vampire install directory. The typical install path then should look something like this:
Retail:
C:\Program Files\Activision\Vampire the Masquerade - Bloodlines\Vampire\
Steam:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\vampire the masquerade - bloodlines\Vampire\
Vista 64 bit:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Vampire the Masquerade - Bloodlines\Vampire\
Thanks! This mod is great! Is updated to the latest patch and some other mod's! THX!
zip file at filefront is corrupted
this mirror is refreshed and should fix itself.
Some odd behavior attempting to install this mod: attempting to run it causes the window it's launching from to freeze up and appears to cause other instabilities as well, rapidly requiring a hard restart. I'm thinking my copy was corrupt; I'm redownloading as we speak.
2 redownloads later and I'm still having issues with installing this mod. Essentially, running the installer locks up my system. Its not the best system, but it's not bad either (2.3g athalon, 2g ram, sufficient HD space). I'm stumped.
Hey Gunrunner66, did you ever find a fix to the problem? I'm having the exact same issues with the 2.1 mod
Hell....so
i have a problem with the mod..when i install the mod,start a game,
the models looks to tall and to high, and to thin...and i dont know why!! :(
If somebone know why pls answer to this
Hey Azazel666,
What kind of screen resolution are you using? Have you looked into trying to resolution patcher tool? It's this program that's included in the 'Tools' folder, in your Vampire game folder, which modifies the executable to better handle uncommon screen resolutions. Give that a try, and let me know if it looks better.
Are the character models, from the mod looking as good as Jeanette in the picture? ^^
