Do not bother with this unstable version, the 1.4.1 version is much more stable on ck2 2.7.1

I would love some help when i launch it it just closes with no pop ups or anything
Whenever something like that happenes, go to your documents folder and see the log file. That will tell you where and how did a crash occur.
Can you now participate in turneys you host?
ok for some reason only the ere of blood or whatever its called works for me is that normal or do I have to download something else is it not updated to work and let me do war of the five kings or what because I only get one ere to start in

Mod is 99% unplayable for me. EVERY notable character (with the exception of Aegon II ONCE, but ended up with 8 permanent event boxes with no text, crashed to desktop after a day (January 2nd) random lords and custom characters crash after one day as well. Im not running any other mods. Im using 1.5 AGOT and have 2.7.1 CK2.

I have a very serious request. PLEASE incorporate the portrait pack dlcs into this game as an option for people who own them... At least for use in the ruler designer... Westeros is MASSIVE and has SEVEN KINGDOMS. You think everyone just looks the same everywhere? Uhhhh, no. Norse, Persian, Celtic, English, Norman, German, Finnish, Italian, Greek, Indian... Make the game less boring to look at please. As of right now, it's the reason i can't play this mod. The vanilla faces just suck.
I did it for myself once a long time ago, but it took forever and the patches broke my work... Please, at least enable the portrait packs for ruler designer. The lack of physical diversity in Westeros is borderline retarded.
Here is a portrait key that would make sense:
Northmen - can keep vanilla faces since you've made special stuff for them and one area having them is fine. Incestors can also keep the vanilla since you made special hair for them
Stormlanders - German portraits
Reachers - Norman Portraits
Westerlanders - English Portraits
Riverlanders - Celtic Portraits
Iron Born - Norse Portraits
Valemen - Finnish Portraits
Stone Dornish - Iberian or Mediterranean portraits
Sand Dornish - Indian portraits
Salt Dornish - Persian Portraits
This would make the mod 100x better. In just 2 or 3 generations you will have INFINITELY more diversity in character appearance, just like, you know, actual humans?
Essos could utilize portrait DLC as well, but i have no personal interest in that continent. It could vanish from the story and no one would miss it. Regardless, portrait variety = good thing

No don't use dlc faces because then everyone who didn't waste money on stupid portrait dlc's can no longer play the game. There is no need to make the majority of the players who play the mod not able to play it anymore to make such a minor detail.

He's isn't "crying" he has a point, and if anyone is "crying" it's the one who wants to implement pointless dlc's that would discriminate against players. Unless it was used as a submod. But even then it's still not worth doing honestly.
You can set a backup facepack when modding. So it shows the DLC faces when you have them. Otherwise, you can set it to show a base portrait pack.

You literally have NO idea what you are talking about... leave this discussion to the big kids please.
So you know in vanilla you can just you know turn the damn dlc on and off and the game would still work? If you have the addon it will use the ethnicity and appearance and create the dlc portait if not you get the vanilla ones, that's how it works in the normal game so I don't see why you wouldn't be able to play

Maybe DLC portrait pack involved in a sub-mod, so the ones who don't own the pack won't be discriminated. Just my opinion.

Umm, you realize that they can set it so it will use the same portraits they use you for people who don't own the DLC.
I've just brought the ck2 with a bunch of DLC's included, so I could play your mod :)
I can only see a century of blood starting event if I don't choose custom game setup, and from there a lot of characters seems to be missing at each starting event.
Could I be missing certain DLC's? my ck2 checksum is 2.7.1 BPAH

My portrait idea is good, use it. Tweak who gets what if need be, but there should be more diversity in faces for people who have the DLCs.
Mmmm since the the 1.5 version is bugged, I wait the 1.6 one. Btw, a different question, is it possible to modify the title of "Great king" or "High King" by "Emperor/ Empress". Im French and instead of getting Emperor title when i create an Empire in Westeros (from a Westerosi House) I get the Title of "High/ great king". Its a detail but "Emperor" sounds cooler.
I don't think there was an emperor in GoT, so I think it's not lore-friendly
Yes I know. But since this mod was made to give us an alternate story of westeros I thought it might be unterresting. Emperor Tywin Lannister who rules Westeros from Casterly Rock might be cool.
