Description
C&C Retarded is my re-imagining of how a C&C game should be. How Balance should take a second seat to fun factor. A fun gameplay experience was my objective and I didn't care what I had to do to achieve it. If you have never played one of my 'Retarded' mods now is one of the best times to start.

Hello, this Mod is awesome and very well to play. The Movie and the Music is so cool! But i think the Unholy Alliance is so unfair, can you fix this nation that i can set the Playersides to random?

Just asking...anyway great mod and more fixes for the glitches in RC1...you better check the comments on that one...
I downloaded and installed the mod, but when I go to the Game Browser, there is no "mods" tab, only the replays are shown. Does anyone know how to fix this?
That may be the case if you are using Kane's Wrath, if not, i cant help you :(

I am currently having the same problem but I just realised I don't have any of the patches, I'll try downloading them all and get back to you on if it worked.

install patch 1.09
and download talon mod
it has an installation method so you does not have to make any mod
folder after using this . u will probably find the mod there.
Ignore the bit where I quoted you, no idea what happened there 0.o
Installing all the patches (or at least up to 1.09) fixes the "where the hell is the mods!?" problem ^^
is this mod still available? I looked on filefront and couldn't find a thing
For anyone who is having a problem locating the game browser make sure you first have got all the patches (which can be done through the control center by clicking "Check For Updates").
After the patches are done downloading and installing then you can install the mod through either the installer or (if that doesn't work) through the guide in the readme (right near the top).
