What should I do with the .bin files that were part of the rest of the rest of the parts?
Just keep all parts in the same folder. Then you start the install with part one (the BG42_Final_RC.exe file). It will then install the content from all the .bin files.
Don't try to open the bin files, just run the .exe.

Which program should I use to make the installer work?
the download is separated into 5 parts.
part 1 of 5 acts as the main exe, while the other 4 parts stores the installation data.

In a nutshell:
1. you have to download all 5 parts
2. keep the downloaded files together like in one folder
3. then run the BG42_Final_RC.exe to begin the installation.
The problem is that the OS asks me to select a program to open the archieves, I tried with Rar and it didn't work... I'm kinda confused.

Don't try to open the archives.
You start the install with the BG42_Final_RC.exe (part one).
when you open the BG42_Final_RC, it says that the publisher is unknown. As a consequence there is no exe to open it. Hence it does not work.
So, how can we MAKE IT WORK?
Yep that's exactly my problem too :P
Are you really trying to run the BG42_Final_RC.exe?
All the other parts install automatically if you run part one.
When you get the "publisher is unknown" message, there should still be the option to run the file anyway.

To Battlefield 1942 again to play online , you need the old BF1942.exe in " Origin Games" override folder , otherwise you do not get server disappears in your Gamespy :

If you have old BF1942.exe of Origin Games ( Origin Players ) folder or installed Battlefield 1942 folder , then - > ; Right-click the shortcut on the desktop BF1942 "Properties" - > ; " Compatibility " hook " Win98 " set - > ; Hook run " Run as administrator " is set - > ; Press " OK " , restart the computer and you 're back for you !

is this supports single player guys
You guys are making this harder then it is. The developer made it very simple. Download 1 thru 5, but once downloaded you only need to click number 1. That's the executable part and it includes the remaining 4 out of the 5 you downloaded. Follow the installation instructions and it installs in no time.
Yes it supports single player.
