Installation:
0a. Read the FAQ on the Mod Description Page
0b. Make sure your Battlefront II ISO, be it vanilla or AnthonyBF2's PSP mod (The shell of the currently available version of AnthonyBF2's mod V8 isn't fully compatible afaik. That shell support is in a development version, however, so I'm leaving mention in anticipation of future releases. However, V8 Mod users can try using this version of the Alt-Addon system here: Github.com), is patched with BAD-AL's Alt-Addon System which can be found here: Github.com (Direct Download Link: Minhaskamal.github.io)
1. Download the Mod. You will get a file called swbf2_PSP_JCW.7z
2. You will need either 7-zip or another tool capable of extracting 7z files to open the archive.
After opening, you will see one folder labeled '005'.
3. You will also need 7-zip or some other tool to extract your ISO. If you installed the Alt-Addon System, this should already be done.
4. Drag and drop '005' into your alt addon folder (\PSP_GAME\USRDIR\data\_lvl_psp\addon\).
5. Run click_to_merge.bat in your addon folder (\PSP_GAME\USRDIR\data\_lvl_psp\addon\).
6. OPTIONAL: Re-compile your ISO using a tool of your choice and load it into emulator or hardware of choice. If using PPSSPP, this is unnecessary, as PPSSPP can read the game in its extracted state.
7. Start up the game and get to the battlefield!
If you had any issues with this installation, please read thoroughly again or look at the installation video on the Mod Page.

More PSP mods to play on my Shield TV! :D
Is there/Will there be a version for PC?
Sorry, see FAQ #1 here: Moddb.com
Hello, I'm having trouble trying to have both mods, the jedi civil war one and the remastered. When I patch the anthony's remastered edition with BAD and then add your mod, don't know what happens but the game gets buggy and crashes without letting me play anything. Moreover, remastered maps disappear. Are you sure that your mod has compatibility? If so, what can I be doing bad? Thank you very much
The shell of the currently available version of AnthonyBF2's mod V8 isn't fully compatible afaik. That shell support is in a development version, however, so I'm leaving mention in anticipation of future releases.
A vanilla USA ISO works however, if you're having issues with that, please make sure you've placed all the folders in the correct directory order and your download wasn't corrupted. If you are building an ISO, then please download the patched version I just put out, I did not know certain ISO tools had issues with capitalization of file names.
If I can't reproduce the failure to load into a map, I can't fix it. If you continue having issues, please report based on the bug report format I specified above. Thanks.
Cannot download, it says that the file isn't avaiable
v1.0.2 update is being authorized by ModDB, return whenever it's been approved by their team
Finally I have managed to download the mod, but when I try to use it on my psp I get this error: 80010002. I have tried different iso, including the European one, but the same thing continues to happen.
Also, in ppsspp when trying to play in korriban the game freezes
For bug reports, could you comment them in the format I have in the comment on this page so I can more easily reproduce them for fixing?
Also, with regards to your issues
-Error 80010002 is not an issue I've personally had much experience with, but it generally indicates firmware issues or a bad dump/recompile of a game or incorrect placement so the PSP has trouble booting it. Can't really help with that as I use a Vita TV or PPSSPP now.
-With the Korriban freeze, like I said, can you report that in the outlined format so I can try and reproduce it? I can't fix it if I can't reproduce it.
Thanks to the new version 1.0.2, the Korriban crash has disappeared
I have solved the error 80010002 by recompiling the game with UMDGEN
Glad to hear it! I hope anyone else in the future with the 80010002 issue sees this so they know to fiddle with UMDGEN.
Hello. I want to report something. I'm using this mod and the Anthony's one. I know there are some issues but I have found that the number of bots in the Anthony's mod and this mod is not the same when they are used in the same iso. The Anthony's mod let you choose the number of bots to a maximum of 32 per team and this doesn't seem to have any effect on Jedi Civil War mod. Anyways, thank you so much for this awesome mod.
Glad you're enjoying the mod :)
As noted, currently Anthony's V8 mod and this aren't fully shell compatible, and additionally, how the V8 Mod handles external settings is not implemented in the scripts for this mod, so things like options to increase number of bots on a map won't work.
Hi. I just discovered this mod today and it's awesome.
I found a couple of issues hoping you could check them
-----Original maps didn't launch:
-----1.02:
-----ULUS-10053:
-----Yavin IV, Dagobah, Mygeeto:
-----When i select one of the original maps of the game it tries to load and stop on 70% aprox.:
-----First of all, i used a PS Vita with Adrenaline and UMDGen v4.00 for compile the iso. I also tried to run it on Anthony's mod using ABF2_V8_addon+ROC but the error is the same and in this second version of the game, the new maps doesn't have some assets like the map menu, the gun sight indicator and the number of reinforcements
Thank you very much for this mod and i hope you can resolve this issues
Thank you for this report, this information will be useful!
Also, with regards to Anthony's mod, his mod is not currently fully compatible with the Alt-Addon system. I believe he intends on V9 including better support, but take that with a grain of salt.
