Description
This is a stand alone download for the mod so you can go ahead and delete your previous version. A couple of known bugs which I will try and fix A.S.A.P It will say the Nights Watch declare war on others, though if you check relations these do not change. Some trees on the campaign map have disappeared. I have removed Winterfell brothel as it was causing a crash. I will try get this back in soon. Thanks and enjoy.

Awesome! I can't wait to get this installed. Its a shame I only recently learned of this mod. I would have ditched the 'other one' much sooner.

You obviously don't know it will never match up to the quality of the other one, it will probably be dropped like lots of other mods.
I've followed this one for a year now and in my oppinion this has way more potential than acok. I find it much more interesting to play, even though it is still in beta.
It's true this one has more of a storyline that is around the Game of Thrones theme.it even has the accurate Walder Frey while in a clash of kings, it only has the younger Walder Frey

Yea and you don't look any better kissing produno's ***. Why is everyone comparing mods in such a negative manner? Both creators have personal lives and things going on that would effect their work speed and they're two iterations of the same story. Bashing another person's hard work because you find someone else's creation to be better, exactly what a modding community needs...

Its a beta mod, give it a chance. I wasnt too hyped on earlier versions, but I keep giving it a chance :P
I am ashamed that youre a Saints fan. C'mon, dont make us look bad. ACoK is way behind this one, and it's still in beta. You obviously dont know good mods when you see them.
To be fair, personally i like both. And I actually learned of this a 3 months ago or so. But i think this one have much more potential.

Hahaha my impatience got the better of me and I actually just finished downloading the 8.5 version. Have not played it yet but looks a lot better than CoK. Appreciate the hard work.

Problem - that quest after helping Night's Watch is bugged - you have to talk to Robb Stark, and it isn't possible. Still great mod
Hi guys i need your help, this mod seems awesome, exactly what I was looking for but I can't find the executable for the game itself.
I thought that its a stand alone... but i tried to copy and replace the files into the Warband i had already, the one with viking conquest... and the loading screen does load as GOT but the game itself is not changed at all, same cities and factions. Am I doing something wrong? Please help asap :D
You have to put he files inside the modules folder that is located in the main warband folder. You should then be able to choose the mod in the list on the right hand side in the launcher that appear when you start the game.

I will give this a try because i dont enjoy cozurs mod anymore.
IS this version also unsafe? The patch to get 8.6 from 8.5 was unsafe and blocked by my anti virus software. I tried downloading this one because I didn't see anyone talking about it, but it was also blocked. Not saying youre trying to infect our computers, but you should check the download just to be safe. Otherwise, looks great, and I am eager to play when I'm sure its ok.
The only items I can think of are the shader files. To test this delete

This WILL cause issues with the mod however and lots of script errors. Other than 3D models, new textures and some scenes these are the only files changed between the betas.

Tried doing that in the CoK mod, but it wouldn't let me marry Lady Hornwood. Hoping you can in this mod :)

Hey mate awesome mod keep up the good work, just a quick one though I think the fortifications is a little bugged as when I hire a maester he doesn't appear in the hall, everything else working great just a little annoying as I can't upgrade my fort as he isn't there to talk too
The mod is really fun, but I encountered a bug with the Stark quest line. At "Winter is coming", I cannot turn in the quest.
I've defended the farmland, took the wildling leader's weapon and the quest complete sound went on, but when I speak to Rob, i only have "Still working on it" and "I'm afraid I cannot do the quest"
Ah, after further testing, it seems this only happened because I took a quest to destroy a bandit lair. So for anyone else encountering it, avoid asking for multiple quests at the same time, or just quit that initial quest to continue the storyline. :D
which mod is better ACOG or this on´?
ACOK doesn't get updated as often as this one and the Devs of this one aren't Dicks and listen to their fans

may i ask you sth?in the previous mods the 'skill penalty' ***** that lowers my stats like agility,intelligence were killing my gameplay joy.so i removed the game.as i did to azzhole cozur's ACOK mod and other mods that included that ****.i wonder if in this mod that 'skill penalty' thing is made optional,or removed?or just staying same?
Oh,it's okay.i have just read the article about the beta 9 release(changelog) and saw that modders really considered our feedbacks,and readjusted the 'stat loss' thing.Now i'm downloading the beta 9,i consider to play over lots time so i will also dig in to the game details.I will feedback the modders if i see any bug or real problems in the mod.Personally,i must thank to the modder for regarding our feedbacks and respecting us,unlike azzhole cozur
The only time you may loose stats is if you injure the same body part more than once without either letting it heal or getting a maester to heal you.
You can get wounded if you fall in battle so just be a little more careful when facing enemies :)
i took a blow on head and lose immediately 1 intelligence.need to see a maester...dude it is really unnecessary to me and impeding my gameplay joy.pls just make it optional in mod-options.it is better to let customers to choose what they want,realistic or not whatever.rather than imposing one.Furthermore,since i've been playing i saw medium armor and heavy armor specifyings for armors.it is again having me consider to give up on playing this mod again bcz i think again heavy armor-medium armor penalties are so unnecessary,while there is already something as 'weight' for medium and heavy things and softly impeding u.
the penalties u gave to them are just so heavy bcz,for example if u take medium-armor labelled thing that u normally would want to wear,it lowers 3 of ur skill points:athletics,power throw,power strike and u simply no more want to take any heavy or medium armor.and strucking with stupid armors.it is not easy to gain skillpoints so much that it wouldnt be a problem to lose some,but every single stat is precious dude.pls just stop playing with them no one easily comes to 60 lvl so every stat/skill is precious.I'm already quite busy in my life and when i wanna open this game for a bit joy-relief,i see those impedements for my whole joy.pls make this 2 thing optional in mod options and i can enjoyably play this mod,i believe so many customers of u would think the same way.thx
Hi produno i really enjoy your mod, i just add some shield for the north troops cuz they dont have one xD so my problem is that in battle i hit backspace for the minimap and then i can't hit it again to close it i need to open option then exit to close it, can u help me whit it please...
Btw i just finish part 1 quest of winter is coming and i failed to defend the bridge cuz u can't with all those archer and the nigthwatch without shield is impossible... so after talking to lord commander he send me to ask for reinforcement from robb stark but nothing happen, can u fix it?

For some reason, I cant download the mod. Im on chrome, and it says "7 minutes left..." when I do "Open when done" and I have the 64 bit winrar. Should i use edge or firefox?
It keeps alternating between 5-8 mins, but it seems to be working, now, i guess. It just alternates between a few numbers then progresses.
