Description
Cheap to build, generates clean energy(not so much). I don't have any idea about the faction what could use it. Any ideas?
GLA.
But GLA have no energy...

The wind pp is an obsolete thing from CCG alpha or beta.
I remember there was an energy bug whenever you replaced a building by another one (e.g. from fake to real structure). However, for the GLA it didn't occur due to their lack of power supplies. Keep it in mind when playing around with that stuff. Just a hint.
Hows About for the Evans Faction or Civilian Tech Building?
ive seen one of these in another mod and BTW i can just code them to need energy its really simple
I could do the wind turbine animation if u want me to Kenobi.
If you guys are gonna use it for GLA, you can use the one that's in the Zero Hour W3D BIG files.
Evans faction would be prefered. GLA has a power station in the W3D Files like JrWarriorEX says. BTW I have a code for the GLA Power Plant but i used it as a Tech Structure in one of my mods.
