Milestone arise in Milan in 1996, and today still represent the biggest italian reality working on videogame development on consoles and PC. Unique in it’s country for product quality, is worldwide acknoledged as one of the best development team in racing games, both on tarmac and off-road.

A talented team, skilled and passionate by car and motorbike racing, created in the last few years some of the driving games that made history, among which “Screamer” “Motogp 08”, “Superbike” series and since 2010 officials World Rally Championship Videogames, working along with illustrious reality, such as Publisher like Atari, Black Bean Games, Capcom, Electronic Arts and Virgin.

Milestone’s distinctive characteristic is the preciseness whereby every single product aspect is developed, from driving stiles, to car physics up to the accurate recostructions of backgrounds and motor sound sampling. Every single detail is carefully handled, thanks to a collaboration between the engineer of illustrious car and motorbike factory. Our main goal is giving players, be them beginners or experts, the real feeling of driving a car or a motorbyke.

IN 2013 our team has worked on three products developed with official licence: MotoGP™13, the game featuring the ongoing Grand Prix motorcycle racing. MXGP The Official Motocross Videogame, the World Motocross Championship official videogame, and WRC 4 FIA World Rally Championship, the official title of FIA Championship.

Milestone, composed by 100 people with an average age of 30, is both a development studio and publisher of his own products on European market.

Milestone is actually expanding the platforms on which it’s games are available for: while developing for Sony e Microsoft actual consoles and PC, the company is also working on PS Vita and has started to walk the path leading to next generation consoles, PlayStation®4 and Xbox One®.
