how do i access the .rar? also i dont know how to install the mod. where do the files go

How do I access the password to access the rar files, what I am trying to do is Import the grey knight unit skin and change it's weapon to use it as a force commander, it's for personal use only.
Help my 3.5 beta has a Glitch, I cant seem to Train my Chapter master for Space marines, it always says that it needs a Captured Strategic Point, when i have 3. even if i have one it doesnt seem to make a Difference

Try capturing a Relic point instead.

you should make special space marine chapters like the Black templars for like Space Wolves and Blood Angels since they differ so much from regular speace marines

also, its rlly laggy for me, is it just my computer its wrong with, or is that something that the updates will fix?
The mod is very graphically intensive so older systems won't be able to run it that well.
As for getting a packaged installer . . . it's not on our list of priorities at the moment. What issues are you having with the .rar?
well its mostly that
1: i need instructions
2: when i do as the instructions say, it wont work
