FoK i need your help i tried playing your mod and it wont install the rar wont install on my computer and the exe gave me a error saying this was missing.

please help i really wanna try this mod out. it looks and sounds awsome but so far i havent had a chance to try it cause of that <:( please help
Please try downloading the .rar file again and extracting it.

It doesn't allow me to really change anything. I've tried but I don't think we all have the same tools : /. Is there permissions or something? I like the new layout.

I can't. It just gives me the options to track and report the mod not edit it.
