This map is based after the movie valkyrie where two factions of nazi's fight it out for control in the Eagles Nest, the vacation retreat and head quarters of hitler. There are some secret areas. It is a revision of an existing counter strike map de_chateau.
I always hated how they had it all broken and knew it could be much more had it been restored. Well here it is plus many extra's. It is an excellent multiplayer map or even for playing against bots.
I put eight months of work into this map. Fine tuning it, optimizing it and play testing it. These maps are not easy to make at all.
I should add that you could wander around this map for a week and not find all the secrets, even if you looked really hard for them. I recommend you fly around in spectate mode to find them as they are extremely well hidden.
There is a working train, as in if you go to the right spot in the train yard the train will come quickly.

How To Install This Map?
Instructions on how to install are included in the download in a .txt notepad document.
unzip the file, and copy cstrike to merge with your existing cstrike folder under steam > steamapps > common > counter strke source
When it asks if you want to merge and copy over, say YES! or it won't work.
If you don't get a msg box from windows asking if you can merge folders, you didnt do it right.
Installation: merge cstrike with your existing cstrike folder. IF it doesnt ask you to merge folders you are not putting it in the right place.
