The pack contains all vanilla weapons with recalculated shade smoothing, fixing a huge count of bugs in Anomaly. Pretty much must-have, if you are playing with them
Large amount of default weapons have an issue with smooth shading, meaning that weapons surface doesn't respond correctly to light, having random shadows on it. This pack contains entire Anomaly weapon pack with recalculated smooth shading.
Also, I changed ridiculous white lense texture for FN2000, SV98 and VSSK to nice-looking WA2000 lense.
If you find any bug with weapons smoothing or lenses, feel free to share with it.
It is possible that I will also include slight fixes to the models themselves, but I am not sure for now.
Install before any other addon for weapons. This addon only changes meshes, meaning it is fully compatible with any other addon, except for those which change default weapons references, obviously.
Not all of fixed weapons, but some noticeable of them (before - after).
- Fixed shading for 9A91, VSK-94, SVD, RPG-7
- Fixed shading for flashlight
Fixed scope shading and caps position for L96 and scoped TOZ-34
Major M24 update: remodel and texture fixes. Now the model features ~10k polygons instead of ~1k. Not very efficient use, but it looks nice in game and still it's only a half of vanilla PB polygons count. I don't expect FPS drops from that. Also changed texture: removed redundant details from left side of the lower.

UV and mesh fixes for M24, lens UV fix for FNX45, stock tube shading fix for HK416
At this point, development of this addon is frozen. A lot of barely noticeable stuff left, but it takes too much time to fix it, I don't have enough. From other side, the main goal is achieved, vanilla weapons shading is now fixed and the lighting works properly, as it should be. Enjoy!
- Fixed shading for 1P29 (on all weapons which has it), ACE21, M98, M24
- Model change for HK416: fixed dust cover position and animated bolt, you can see it now go back when pulling charging handle
- Model change for M24: bolt was oval for some reason, made it round
Some more mesh-related stuff:
- Slight shading fixes for SR25, VSSK, TRG42, M16A2, M4, FNX45, GSh-18
- Animations tweak for SV-98 (bolt doesn't fall out of rifle) and P90 (mag is not thrown in the actors face)
- Fixed corrupted GL mesh on M4 ACOG (thanks to viking896 for spotting this)
Now the weapons are not only resmoothed and relensed, but also reanimated and remodelled a bit :)
Fixed M4A1 with EOTech and AK-102 shading, fixed knifes corrupted models (which are corrupted from Misery times) and improved knifes shading. Check them out in light of your nearest campfire ;)

Well duh. This mod replaces meshes in which animation mods store specific animations for the weapon.
Seems like Blindside changed skeleton for the weapon. I checked meshes in his pack and smooth shading is relatively ok
Install Blindside pack with higher priority, this should fix the problem.

O_o не знаю как моделька может повлиять на это, мне кажется это что-то с шейдерами. Проблема остается если вернуть старые модели?

At start I used an automated tool which just recalculated meshes in whole anomaly_weapons directory, so it didn't take too many time.
Now I'm proceeding fixing every last bug manually

G43 lense is relatively ok (meaning not a complete mess like FN2000 was) and I should change all lenses in anomaly to match this specific change, I'm not going to do this for now

Adding new attachments would likely create incompatibilities with other addons, so I am not sure for now
If you are familiar with animations then perhaps you could animate the weapons so that they don't always fully load at half mags because AWAR is outdated and I don't think it is ever supported ;)

btw some pistol models are transparent when you look through them from the "inside". I noticed that when aiming you can see through tiny slits of the model that should be covered e.g. the Desert Eagle when empty. Don't know if this is a mesh related thing but if yes maybe you can look into that as well. ;)
Checked all Desert Eagle pistols, didn't find any transparencies. Maybe you can share a screenshot of the problem?

The lenses on most weapons work perfectly, replacing those ugly default ones on the Anomaly. The problem is that in the 1p29 tulip scope < used in the weapon > OTs-03 SVU the sight lens is still the standard one. Sorry, I should have referred to the 1p29 tulip scope lens, but I think it's ok with the gun, but I can't evaluate it 100% because I have a basic PC and I play with the textures on low, sorry.
I didn't change lens on 1P29 yet. Also, it seems like you are using static lighting, meaning you wouldn't see large difference if I did.
You can use addon for 1P29 retexture, it introduces nice lens texture: Moddb.com
