One of the first reskins I ever made was applying blackops textures to the hgrunt model. It was all done in MSPaint so it looked terrible, but 13 year old me was very proud and I used that skin for years.
22 years later, I thought I'd take another bash at it, with a TFC twist.

Easy as pie. Drop these files in your mod's models directory and your grunts will now be rocking black fatigues. If you are using this to replace the hgrunt.mdl in your valve directory, you should probably make a backup or at least know how to restore your files using Steam. I accept no responsibility if the grunts are permanently mecenaries because you didn't know what you were doing.

You can use this reskin in your mod. All I ask is that I am included in the credits (monster_urby) and please let me know! I'd probably like to play it! :D

Quick Reply: I know how to apply animations and other models on to models now so...
Black Ops?
If you want them to be, sure.
Is this for the expansions as well?
SnakeFoolery It should work with Blue-Shift I suppose, but not Opposing Force.
