TDRR´s Lagless FlashLight (For Zandronum 3.1) addon

finally, a fast flashlight that has zero performance impact for zandronum. it doesn't spawn thousands of dynamic lights per second like beam flashlight or BD's flashlight does. just the one actor that moves dynamically as you look at it.

don't forget to assign the activation key before using it.

Only tested on Zandronum 3.1
