I created this for use in my Gamma playthrough w/o mags. I'll edit the Mags redux patch later on.

I downloaded this and was initially disappointed.
I have since modded it to work with BaS and MTac 0.94. well, just the MK14 DMR.
Made a new Icon and scope texture, sounds are now wpn_m14_sounds, weapon texture and animations are great. Changed the silencer to wpn_sil_aac762. text description is now DMR.
10 for the model and textures. 5 for, erm.... this.
Its worth downloading and ...fixing.
You can reupload that as your mod. I really just edited the DLTX HAMR mod to isolate these items and remove whatever I didn't need for my personal use, nothing else. I overwritten a lot of the files you mentioned plus more with files from other mods in my list, I didn't want to upload that version of it since it's a mix of assets from different creators. I don't want to deal with all those permissions.
