Fixes the Leopuld scope radius when using 2D Shader Based Scopes with the supplied BaS Patch.
Open to patching any other scopes that may have this issue if needed.

I could not find the time to do extensive testing on all of the scopes, so at the moment this is just for one scope type (Leopuld Mark4 Integrated on the l96's), but if you find any other scopes with issues like this just let me know and I if I can replicate it I will add it to this patch as it is pretty simple (just changing like one line in a script file)
My patch can be used in place of the BaS Shader Based Scopes patch, as it is the exact same, just with my fixed scope radius.

Is it possible to make the sighting grid go together with the halo? Just now I watched how it is implemented in COD MW 2019, where the grid also shifts when walking.
May I ask if this is gonna work for Vanilla ACOG?
