Oisten Jaegerhorn for PB addon

Oisten Jaegerhorn is a Swedish character from the game Killing Floor 2. He is one of my favorite characters and one with a stunning personality. I always thought that his voice and overall way of being would fit right into Project Brutality's chaotic action, so I decided to make it into a reality. This is my first ever mod for DOOM, as well. :p
