Marphy Black's LD-Style G-Man reskin addon

This is Marphy Black's reskin of a popular custom G-Man model, made to resemble the original Valve/PS2 version. The model features the original PS2 head model, fixed animations (so they no longer slide around in place), more accurate footstep sounds, and a better looking mouth controller (before, he would barely open his mouth at all in-game).
