It looks and really nice map! I like it.
I've found only one bug.
At the fourth wave a 'Bloat Zed' had stuck on the lower floors level. Fortunately, I found him and I managed to shoot him.

Navigation improvements.
Lighting optimization/tweaks.
Particle effect fixes/tweaks.
Sounds have been added/improved.
Occlusion issues have been covered up.
Vent spawners have been tweaked.
Detail added to some areas.
Map has a nice feel about it. Nice change seeing a map that doesn't have a futuristic feel about it. Also being on rooftops gives it a last stand feeling in terms of gameplay which combines nicely with the games tone itself. 10/10
Died 3 seconds in after falling off the rooftop. Couldn't help it, had to see for myself :) Fighting from building rooftops was interesting, another element of game-play added (avoiding falling to your death). Reminded me of Hong Kong fighting movies in a way. Urban, city, modern day feel to it is actually a change of pace. Nothing spectacular but I could definitely play that more often as it is a little different compared to other maps.
I didn't dare step forward for test that whether it's possible to fall down. I know it's a game, but that was really scary for me. :D

Updated to B2, should fix, or at least dramatically reduce path issues

At the 4/4 wave the Scrake had stuck a short time, but as I moved the other side of the roof, he released and found me.
So, it's good. Well done!
