Description
A new version of Helm's deep battle, using a previous map found on this site, I corrected it and put some IA on ennemies so you could be sieged. This map requires a fair amount of tries to be completed with 5 hard IA, let me know if you managed to pass it ! To play against IA, you have to set one player as Rohan (top right position in the keep), and to set at least 1 ennemy on the spot facing the keep. Increase the difficulty level of IA to increase difficulty. Increase the number of ennemies to GREATLY increase difficulty. This map can be played in multiplayer, as attacker and/or defender, but there is no IA for defenders, so be sure to get friends holding the keep ! Attackers will have ladders and bombs whatever faction they are. If you encounter any bugs, please let me now, I will patch it soon enough. Thanks to LeFlo and Dagby for testing.

Update version 2.1 patchlog:
- Victory screen no longer blocks the game for several minutes
Easy way for victory: just rush out of the fortress defeating the AI one by one before they get too strong. Even alone vs 5 AI it's not that hard. The first 3 on the right will be rather easy to destroy with just your heroes and some rohirrim because you can do it so fast that only the third will have some pikeman to cause you trouble. The last two on the left will have big armies and heroes, but by then you will have high level troops and heroes to own them.

the map won't show in the player made maps in skirmish mode. is there any particular version/mod needed on this map?

I'm not sure as it's been a while, but it is possible that you need More CP mod, that you can find here: Moddb.com
