Description

This small script was inspired by he_is_with_me addon written by RavenAscendant. It basically works by allowing your companions to attack your enemies, regardless of their faction. Suppose you're enemy with Mercs: you are a Loner, so you're hostile towards them, but you managed to get some Freedom companions, who suppose are friendly or neutral to the Mercs in your current playthrough. Blinded by the loyalty to your leadership, they will draw their guns and blast your foes with you, keeping a residual resentment even after the battle, in case they'll ever meet again. Note: this addon overwrites personal goodwill of your companions toward your foes, setting it to -4000 between each other, and keeping it even if they stop being your companions (you dismiss them), also fully compatible with Companion Anti Awol and He is with me addons, you can enable/disable the fight my foes logics from contextual MCM menu.

Not perfect but seems like the kind of thing this game/mod needs! Always hated seeing the above mentioned thing happen e.g Freedom VS Merc

Thing is, with a simple modification of he is with me mod, some people can achieve the same result without editing goodwill. In my case it didn't work, so I came out with this.

How exactly do I need to modify this mod to obtain this result?
Or better yet, it's ok to use your mod, and [He is with me] from RavenAscendant?

Yes, they do not conflict each other.

This is perfect! Scrathed heads whenever my-stupid-self soldier hired scientists to help around further in the Zone, then finding out my companions are idling due to the fact that Free Stalkers won't even care about the Ecologists around me, and vice-versa.

What is the trigger for companion aggro? I mean, I was playing merc and had freedom companion with me, when loners started shooting me. The companion did not react to them until I was practically next to the loners. And after fight there was still one loner left that the companion did not "touch", maybe he was from another loner squad..(?) anyway, maybe something can be done to improve this behavior?

As soon as a stalker evaluates you as his enemy, all companions become his enemy and viceversa, no matter the distance. If the "untouched" loner didn't recognize you as his enemy, your companions will behave normally. Are you sure you weren't halting their fire at will, or maybe you have Companion Anti Awol set to ignore enemies at a high distance in meters? This mod doesn't change the companion aggro, it just makes your enemies their enemies, so they will behave like regular enemies, and even in STALKER Anomaly default companion behavior it may happen sometimes that your companions won't attack or get stuck.

It might have been distance or "normal" Anomaly behavior. One next encounter he seemed to be aggroing as I would like him to. So yeah, in hindsight most likely just Anomaly RNG

I use that addon myself, and I don't see it conflicting. Maybe you use features I don't. Can you be more specific about in which way it conflicts with it?

Before i write you about features i used installed your mod again, activated logic, entered game identification mod didn't work first time but closed game opened again yes they worked together now. Interesting, isnt it? I'm sorry they don't work together but i'm very happy now. XD

i was playing as a clear sky member and trying to escort a duty guy to the great swamp, but as we were heading to the garbage south exit we found a group of mercenaries and they started shooting at my mate while ignoring me (because they are neutral to me), and i couldn't help him because i would lose reputation.

isn't possible to make my companion's enemies ignore him as they are neutral to me and vice versa?

Question does it add goodwill to the npc's too?

Like i'm a loner and have a Duty one as my Companion does he gain goodwill towards the Freedom faction or does he still opens up fire towards them?

He will still open fire towards them. In order to fix that, you have to install the other addon from ravenascendant, which I mentioned above.

Conflicts with the mod DUTY EXPANSION, The partners look again and do not attack the allied factions.

This addon forces companions to attack even factions which are hostile only to the player, "extending" the hostility to any companion. Still, it could be that some mod that changes default NPCs behavior might not be compatible with this one.
