Experimental Training Mission update addon

During the 2.12 development cycle, lots of work was done to enhance the training mission to reflect the new movement and control changes. Along with that work, Vine Arrows are finally given a tutorial. The map was also visually updated and includes Volumetric Lights, a special Sky Light ( parallelSky feature ), some LOD ( Detail settings ) based changes, and performance optimizations. Finally, it also has EFX reverb.
