That is totally not disneyland as I remember it. On second thought it's been a long bloody time since I was there last. Comparison images don't work because your profile is locked. :\
It`s the collection of Disney`s Resorts from many disneylands all over the world, the id was to capture the heart of disney and make a race out of it or tdm ctd mode.

Excellent, all though it's not an Acurate Disneyland (which would be a pain) you've really captured alot of the Disney Resorts. Making a track around the whole thing was great.
Btw there's an oddly shaped rock formation just before Monstro the whale. Tell me if you see it :P

Hands down, BEST map for real world landmarks i've seen yet, well done!!! :D
However, it would have been much better to make the race into a loop, as once the race ends...that's it, it's over.

lol, well it's now 7.3, lets just hope it rises. Even if it doesn't matter, the dedication, time and effort put into making this is just wonderful.
I loved going over the first hill, how it just dropped, hehe, that was daunting. And the rollercoaster sections really felt like a proper rollercoaster ride, aaaw I love it, it made me feel like I was really in the amusement park.
And...what the hell was with that rock formation hmmmm :S

Well I think that with or without a loop is fine, but I think the idea is have a death race, not just a point a to point b race as it lasts longer then.
ow cool if we had weapons on the car and spawn points it`s a great id,about utube will take a 1-3 days til the movie shows so i`ll try again

Final update,now there`s less open spaces when playing Tdm Ctd and it`s a lot fun to drive it.

Personally I love all your maps, you have the zealous of a true mapper/designer. I'm not sure if its in your profile, but im dying to know; are you a architect or paid mapper-something to that extent. It really doesn't matter but wow do you have true creativity. And when people say it doesn't look right, or not accurate to the real Disney world then they should settle down and realize that what you did with the already given props and actually spend the time to recreate Disney world landmarks is something they could never do. Great work as always cant for the next release!
huhu mate ,well i am an animator and concept designer for over 15 years(not in the game industry),now i`m looking to expend my skills and go in to the Level game design industry.
i`ve been creating maps for my own pleasure for a long time and now i have the place to show them.
to work with Ubisoft is a dream come true for any mapper,but one can only hope for the best and if he is giving 101 % maybe some one will give him a chance to prove he is worth it.
Pretty cool map.
One thing you really need to work on is polishing your maps. For example, the rollercoaster tracks do not all line-up properly, the train is not on the tracks, the arches on the boat aren't all flush, some of the barge lights have their bases sunken into the wall while others don't, etc. etc. etc.
Your concepts are bang-on, but you really need to pay attention to detail, particularly if you want to do this for a living. Use the gizmo to set the pieces where you want them, but you should be spending hours entering precise corrections into the position boxes in order to have everything line-up perfectly, or as close to it as possible.
As it is, great idea, ok execution. It's giving off a bit of a sloppy vibe for me, but I still give it a 7.
btw, LOVE the rock-man.
the only thing that kept me from polishing this map is TIME.
this was my last entery a day before deadline and update it on the last hour,so it`s really a matter of time.
I hear that man.. I had several ideas that I wanted to enter, but my CN Tower took so damn long that I didn't get around to the others.
Anyway, I'm very impressed with your work thus far.. hope to see more from you soon!
yep,sure thing i`m publishing a concept design picture every day from maps i made ,it`s a collection of maps mostly design for singelplayer,
