A audio pack overhauling the audio for all vanilla anomalies and blowouts
Pack number 3 finally arrives this time for anomalies and blowouts in the zone, all audio for the vanilla anomalies have been changed for newer more higher quality created versions. I'd have to say this was one of the most difficult parts of audio design for the dark signal mod pack series as a whole as trying to get them to sound good while also retaining that other worldly feeling but at the same time not become over bearing was a task that took weeks if not months of testing and re layering.
On top of this other parts of anomalous effects were also altered such as Psy bursts and of course the blowout emission storms complete with a almost full remake of the entire sequence for the event. I did not want to stem to far away from how the originals sounded but rather provide a more "Otherworld" or "Paranormal" feel to them while at the same ensure when something or (Yourself) lands up in anomaly well you can feel it tear you apart.
What the mod changes.
*All vanilla anomaly audio
* Psy burst and blowout audio
Dynamic anomalies is recommended to be installed prior to installing this sound pack as it comes with a compatibility to change back some of the that dynamic anomalies does change.
Install: Simply drop the folder into your Mods folder of MO2 and ensure it is loaded last, for those not using MO 2 drag and drop onto your gamedata folder in your anomaly install directory and have at it.

Blowout and siren sounds feel quite a bit excessive. Otherwise, amazing as usual.

The psi-storm sounds are really LOUD. also the pulse explosion sound during storm seems somehow borked, at least when I was inside merc base. hard to explain, distorted, too long, harsh on the ears
I agree. I can't find good (more subtle and less annoyingly loud) psystorm sounds anywhere in any overhaul....I've disabled psystorms as I think the emissions are very good; but psystorms SO annoying with constant lightning explosions
My suggestion is a subtle, less loud and more sinister, ambient sounding psy storm, as opposed to the emission which can be a rip roaring banger.
Yes, I just pass one of those, the sound is too loud comparative to the others sounds, and in the psi-storm they came one after another, I had to take off my headphones.
Nonetheless, he others sounds so far are amazing, great job!

I deleted a lot of the sounds cause they were simply replacing sounds from audio overhauls.
Still love a lot of the sounds.
Much of the audio needs to be cleaned up though and loop a bit better.
The gravi anomalys make some odd sound loops that don't match up sometimes.
Also the controller audio needs to be fixed I was looking through the audio files and you have a couple of them that have such a high frequency I actually had to take my headphones off, that was a first.
Like I said all the sounds are good but they really need some love and cleaning up.
Sorry for some of the sounds are not up to par for some folks I know its a hit and miss kinda thing but that's why I have released them out for you guys to play with, tweak and change and do what ever you wish with them. I had a few more packs to go the ambience, UI, Footsteps and exo suits stuff but I am quite burnt out over the last year and half at pushing to create all the audio, so I won't be making any changes as of yet perhaps after a good break I'll come back and give it a swing again but all audio is free to use across the board or altered in any one you see fit.

I have the same siren for a psi storm as for blowouts. Can someone tell me how to fix it, because there is another siren in fashion for a psi storm?

Normally crediting me as the author would be fine, but considering your accepting payment for your work (and I release mine for free), I'd appreciate it if you remove my audio files from your addon.
I hope you don't take it personally - I know the STALKER scene would benefit from more sound designers rather than less!
