Brettzies M4 mod v1.2 addon

v1.2 adds an M4 with a combat sight and rail mount. Also contains an overlay graphic when zoomed in. This mod adds an alternative M4A1 to both First Person weapon view and a Third Person weapon for team members including first person animations and proper third person grips. It can be assigned to your SWAT officers in addition to the M4A1 which ships with the game. In other words, you can have a mix of M4’s. No ballistics or rets have been modified. I'll leave that up to others, so it should work exactly the same as the original M4. I did increase the zoom speed to a quarter of a second though.
