Blue Barney [Multiplayer Model] addon

what's the point of this one? The reason why the barney was different is because:

- Team colors are important
- Less meshes = eased up gl draw calls = faster performance (this is especially relevant to multiplayer games)
- Reduced polygons for stuff that won't happen like mouth.

You also relicensed copyrighted works by Valve under "Creative Commons". This is an illegal file.
