This is a version of Banjaji's Realistic bodily needs v3.8 ("everything" DLTX variant) that is compatible with Drugs That Make Sense addon.
0.base mod - always install this
1a.have Drugs that make sense addon - install this if you have Drugs That Make Sense installed
1b.do not have Drugs that make sense addon - install this if you do not have Drugs That Make Sense installed
DLTX - see Github.com
Original Banjaji's Realistic Bodily Needs - see Moddb.com
Original Drugs That Make Sense - see Moddb.com
Drugs That Make Sense (compatible with BRBN) - see Moddb.com
This addon requires DLTX. There is no non-DLTX version.
This addon only contains the "everything" variant of BRBN (sleep, thirst, hunger).
If you choose part (1a), make sure you are using Drugs That Make Sense version that is compatible with Banjaji's Realistic bodily needs.
This DLTX repack is based on BRBN v3.8 from Mar 20th, 2023
The compatibility patch is based on DTMS Update 9 from Sep 4th, 2022.
This addon is, basically, a reformatted version of Banjaji's original RBN. See his mod page for copyright info.
Went over the changes of Banjaji's Needs (BN) vs Drugs That Make Sense (DTMS):
[drug_psy_blockade] - can keep BN or DTMS, either is fine. DTMS reduces satiety and thirstiness to 0, BN also reduces, but not quite to 0.
Kept BN.
[drug_sleepingpills] - can keep BN or DTMS, either is fine. DTMS reduces thirstiness to 0, BN also reduces, but not quite to 0.
Kept BN.
[antibio_sulfad] - can't (and shouldn't) keep BN. DTMS completely replaces this item, eat_satiety change from BN just makes no sense.
Kept DTMS.
[glucose_s] - can't (and shouldn't) keep BN. DTMS completely replaces this item, sleepiness, satiety and thirstiness changes from BN just make no sense.
Kept DTMS.
stimpacks - BN and DTMS changes have a hard conflict. DTMS makes stimpacks act quicker, they don't make you sleepy (it's a STIMpack, it STIMulates), but make you thirsty and hungry (sped up metabolism?). BN just significantly reduces sleepiness, satiety and thirstiness of stimpacks.
Kept DTMS.
[caffeine] - BN makes caffeine roughly 10 times more powerful, leaving everything else roughly the same. DTMS makes caffeine only about 4 times more powerful, and also extends its duration from 266 to 900. Meaning that you can't spam caffeine anymore. I like DTMS version better, but either way, they are not compatible.
Kept DTMS.
[drug_booster] - BN makes Hercules improvements to your sleep/hunger much more subdued, leaving everything else the same. DTMS doesn't change satiety, but increases duration to 900 and gives it powerful stimulating effect, reducing sleepiness by 1.5. Basically, this is twice as powerful as DTMS caffeine (still about 5 times weaker than BN caffeine). Same as with caffeine, changes are incompatible.
Kept DTMS.
[cocaine] - BN makes cocaine effects on thirst/hunger/sleep much weaker (10-30 times weaker). DTMS only gives cocaine a very powerful stimulating effect (sleepines -1.8). Different approaches.
Kept DTMS.
[adrenalin] - BN greatly reduces adrenaline impact on thirst/hunger/sleep. DTMS only changes sleep impact, but makes it very high, -3.6. So, again, different incompatible approaches.
Kept DTMS.
[energy_drink] - BN reduces satiety boost and thristiness reduction greatly, also greatly improves sleepiness reduction. DTMS improves sleepiness reduction while also increasing duration to 900. Meaning that DTMS energy drink is a weaker stimulant overall, but longer-lasting. BN changes make more sense here, in my opinion, but either way, you can't have both (although re-scaling BN energy drink to last for 900 might be an option).
Kept BN.
[analgetic] - BN significantly reduces hunger/sleep impact. DTMS completely replaces this item, so BN changes make no sense.
Kept DTMS.
[morphine] - BN reduces overall HTS effect and nothing else. DTMS boosts some immunities while reducing others to zero (the intention is to make different painkillers do different things), and reduces HTS too. DTMS wins here, 100%.
Kept DTMS.
[tetanus] - BN reduces HTS impact. DTMS completely replaces this item (turning into a painkiller with different effects than morphine), so BN changes make no sense.
Kept DTMS.
[salicidic_acid] - BN reduces HTS impact. DTMS does almost the same reduction, and also changes other stats, so DTMS should be preferred here.
Kept DTMS.
[bandage] - BN reduces HS impact. DTMS completely removes HS and drunkiness impact. Indeed, why would a bandage make you drunk? DTMS should be preferred.
Kept DTMS.
[jgut] - BN reduces HS impact. DTMS completely removes HS and drunkiness impacts. Same as bandage.
Kept DTMS.
[drug_antidot] - BN reduces HTS impact. DTMS completely replaces this item, so BN changes make no sense.
Kept DTMS.
End result:
Move drug_antidot, antibio_sulfad, analgetic, bandage, jgut, stimpack, stimpack_army, stimpack_scientic, tetanus, glucose, glucose_s, salicidic_acid, morphine to a separate compatibility path.
Move some of the HTS changes to energy_drink, caffeine, drug_sleepingpills, drug_booster, drug_psy_blockade, cocaine and adrenalin to the same compatibility patch.
The remaining base mod is compatible with DTMS (assuming that DMTS also uses a compatibility patch).

Нет бы сделать мод чтобы NPC использовали укрытие в перестрелках, а не бежали под пули, как БАРАНЫ НА ВОРОТА сломя голову . Вы моды которые мало кому интересны выпускаете .
Такой мод уже есть - Moddb.com
Да не обращай внимания на этого дурачка, он везде это спамит и никак не уймется. Спасибо за мод бтв
hello mineral water and purified water flask no longer seem to quench thirst. other drink items do quench thirst, not sure what's wrong maybe u can help?
I can't. You'll have to figure it out yourself. The simplest course is to disable half of the addons in your loadout, then try driking. If it quenches, re-enable one quarter of the addons. If it doesn't quench, disable one more quarter of the addons. Keep going until you either figure out which addon does this, or you run out of addons you can disable and re-enable (many addons can't be disabled without starting a new game).
Also, try grepping the installed addons for any changes to [mineral_water] and grepping the installed addons for any scripts that mention thirst.
