I really prefer classic, low-def models in any GoldSrc engine game. Unfortunately, Azure Sheep's original models were rather poorly made. I set out to create definitive versions of Kate and Barniel.
The body is modified from Barney's model, while the heads were derived from the HD models. The hands came from Barney's deathmatch model, and they have bones for fingers.
Most of the animations are from the HD models, with some exceptions. I restored Kate's melee attacks, which were absent in Romka's model. There are two animations that I made myself (idle5, as_handrail), and others that I modified.
Since this is my own take on the characters, I took some creative liberties. Barniel has a ponytail now, while Kate has some cool earrings, among other things.
I included several variants for the two models. Barniel has options for tie or no tie, and Kate has any possible combination of the presence or absense of a tie, beret, glasses, and earring.

Instructions:
Navigate to your Half-Life directory (Something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\[USERNAME or common]\half-life). Azure Sheep should already be installed here.
Place the "asheep_addon" folder in that directory. Launch Azure Sheep, go to Options-->Video and tick the "Allow custom addon content" box.
If you want to use one of the variants, navigate to the one you're looking for and place it in asheep_addon\models
Refer to variants.png to see what the options are.
Nice!
Looks so much better than the original.
Great work!
That is actually so ******* awesome wow
Nice job ^_^
Where are boobies, lol?
I figure a vest like that wouldn't really accentuate their shape very much.
Those are some very masculine looking women.
Now *this* is what i call a redux
Some wicked improvements! Was never fond of how skinny they were in the original mod.
I'd say a slight bulge on the breastplate of the armor would make this perfect. They look very tight on their frames so having the extra space would make them look more comfortable.
Thanks for the feedback! I'll probably work on it a bit more and update it.
These are awesome. I love to see that people still appreciate low poly models for GoldSRC
Will you add Point of View support for these?
Yes! They're basically ready, along with various other improvements for both mods. I've just been incredibly busy with school that I forgot about it.
Sweet! ^.^
