[any]no damaged equipment at start addon

Just overwrites the function that damages the weapons on new game with one that does nothing, should work also in vanilla CoM and any CoM modpack in general.

Nothing more to say really, just wasting characters because of description minimum lenght, the picture is random because couldn't think of anything to represent this tweak.
