This is a texture-only mod, as the underwear fabric is only a part of the rhyoc's texture rather than being modeled out like his other clothing. This makes me think his underwear may have been hastily drawn onto the texture after the fact due to either self-censorship or the ESRB. It's odd that the rhynoc's buttcheeks got censored but not the army gnorcs'. That could be because of the Year of the Dragon remake being handled by Sanzaru rather than Toys for Bob, or it could be a creative decision or oversight.

Or it could be due to UE4's lighting casting harsh shadows over the rhynoc's buttcheeks, with the leopard print underwear being meant to be more visible in the darkness. I tackled that problem here by simply brightening up the texture.
