-Installer EXE-
1. Run the Invasion 1944 installer
I44-ARMA2CO-v2-5.exe
2. Follow the on-screen prompts, when the installer asks point it to your ARMA 2 root directory e.g:
C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2
All the mod folders (@I44, Missions, Keys etc) will be created automatically. Once completed close the installer.
3. If you have not already, install CBA

for ARMA2:CO you just need to copy the @CBA folder to your ARMA2 directory e.g:
C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\@CBA
4. Run ArmA2: Combined Operations.
5. From the main menu select 'Expansions'.
6. Left click '@CBA' and press the 'Enable' button
7. Left Click '@I44CO' and press the 'Enable' button
8. Click 'OK'
9. A warning message will come up that the game needs to restart. Click 'OK'.
10. The game should now return to your desktop, and automatically restart the game with the mod loaded. You should notice the Invasion 1944 Loading screen if loaded correctly.
Steam Users: As steam versions install to a different directory (and you may have separate versions e.g. DVD of ArmA2 but Steam version of Operation Arrowhead) you may want to visit the following topics on our public forums and the BIS public forums:

could you guys update the steam installion guide ? for some reason i cant get the freaking mod to work with my steam version of the arma 2 combined operations.

This took me a while to figure out too, but here's what you do.
1. (assuming you start with no mods installed, as if you just downloaded it with steam) You copy/paste all the files in your "steamapps/common/arma 2" directory, into your "steamapps/common/arma 2 operation arrowhead" directory. (this way you have the original arma 2 files still in the original directory as backup)
2. Put your mod files into the "steamapps/common/arma 2 operation arrowhead" directory, just like you had them, only in Operation Arrowhead.
3. Your pretty much done now, so start Operation Arrowhead up (NOT COMBINED OPS) and when you get to the main menu, go to expansions, then select your mods (@I44CO, @CBA, ALSO CHECK ARMA 2). Then the game will restart, running the mods, and will continue to run the mods at startup until you change the expansions list again.
You can also edit the steam properties for Operation Arrowhead to run the mods at startup if you like, but I didn't tell the steps to do that because I explained a simpler way to do the same thing. There are other things that can be done with the steam game properties; however, such as, getting rid of the startup logos.
Anyways I hope this helped and that you will have no more problems, if you do; however, just say so. :)

Problem with your tutorial is that it is not correct. In my steamapps\common folder I have just Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead. And in that folder there are no folder just called Arma 2.
When I launch the game I have the option of launching Arrowhead or Combined Operations.
Where do I put the mod files? Damn confused

1. Open the archive file
I44-ARMA2CO-v2-6.7z
with 7-Zip (http://7-zip.org/)
2. Select the ‘Extract’ button.
3. In the ‘Copy To’ line paste your ARMA 2: Combined Operations root directory (where arma2oa.exe is located) e.g:
C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2
4. Click ‘OK’ to start extracting the contents. Once extracted you can close 7zip

From your your ARMA 2: Combined Operations root directory run either:
-Executable Loaders (Windows Vista/7 ONLY)-
WARNING: use at your own risk; it may cause a BSOD with certain antivirus software
Invasion 44.exe - Automatically loads ArmA2:CO + CBA + I44
Invasion 44 Beta.exe - Automatically loads ArmA2:CO Beta + CBA + I44
(Note: you may make shortcuts to these files with your own additional startup parameters)
I have Arma 2 DVD and OA on Steam. When I click the Invasion installer it says System could not find armaoa.exe. I have all the patches and no other mods. I downloaded everything from here but I find the topics where they explait the installation a bit messy
how do i uninstall. I have enjoyed very much however i need to delete as its my brothers computer and i feel bad taking up so much memory. help please?
I'm very confused by this, I have downloaded it for the third time now and it still wont let me load it on. It keeps saying that the files are not found, also its saying that the CBA file is not found even though I activated it on the game. I have the latest version of the game and everything Please someone help!!!
The mod take 2 hours to download the files but looks ok in game :D
