1. Open Paint.NET
2.Open up a picture of the unit you want the icon to be made of
3.resize to 50 50.
4. Erase everything on the photo but the unit.
5.Save as a Targa file
6.Add to your MTD files
7. All done!

This is also complete ********. It tells the reader NOTHING about how to use the MTD Editor, or how to resize an image or something.
