Release it all together, but make it in two files for easier downloading for the less fortunate with *slow* internet :) (my friends is so slow I have to wait hours for him to DL the same mod :()

i would say wait for the mando's but there is a but (no not your behind :P)
i think it would be better to release a big patch now if the mando faction will take longer then a month (allowing people to play some more and it will help you find unseen bugs to repair in the mando patch)
