Nja, seems to be the camera movement.
The weather effects don't seem to be affected, which would point towards a unsmooth camera.

Nice. Looks like the Subways in Fallout 3 if fallout 3 looked any good.
Yeah, my first impression of watching the fly through was that Fallout 3 subways were taken into consideration. Especially considering as much time as I spent down there. Still, looking great and I'm excited to get my hands on this.
That's how Fallout 3 should look!

cba complaining about fps, as others have already, and iam not convinced it is unsmooth camera..
