Hey again all,
I am sorry I have`nt released much information for a while, but here I go again.
So, lately after getting done with all the video footage and stuff I thought I was safe, but obviously I have been set back, 1 by people nit picking the SFX and stuff and basically saying I need to improve them/ redo them, which has led me to asking other people to give me stuff, and if its better then of course i`ll use it.
That and PartyGrunt the friend I was counting on to edit the video footage ever so slightly, has gone and blown up his computer by accident T_T, a accident involving a drink and.... well lets just say exploding is the right way to describe what happened T_T, so I have decided to wait on that and see if he gets a new computer and is still willing to help, if not then I`ll just release without edits for now.
Good news though, you guys may remember John (if not check previous updates for mentions of him) from Unreal Tactical, well hes decided after many months of no progress to come back and help, so together we are planning to develope atleast some content thats playable and then work from that as a firm base. What we have as an idea at the moment is basically using Limit Breakers model and the VOB and creating something similar to After Burner Climax by Sega, kinda a psuedo 3rd person space invaders style game, then from there we are going to develope all the normal featueres you would see around that to develope that project, then advance onto multiplayer that way we can build apon an easier project and actually have stuff playable sooner.
The Basics for this minigame style project would be, evading and downing incoming missiles, then from there we add character customisation and paint jobs (ala normal AC stuff) then we work on the multiplayer which is basically normal AC anyway, building stuff around a smaller project seems alot more common sense than just diving in at the deep end.
As for other stuff that will happen soon, I am moving out of my parents house and in with my Fiancee so I may be without internet for a while depending on a few things, so we`ll see how that goes, also I plan to start on a new project soon that is completely original using UDK so stay tuned!.
