Update 4.2.1! Workshop Improvements
Hello DvDrummers!
In this update there are some Workshop improvements and bug fixing!
This make Workshop more intuitive and easy to use for everyone.

- Added support to new Steam ID length and fixed some wrong ID check
- Fixed a problem that bring to Load Failed of 'Private' Items on a 'Public' Drumkit
- Added an Auto-Set to 'Public' of Items included in a 'Public' Drumkit
- Changed visibility to 'Public' for new Items to avoid to abuse of 'Private' and make invisible Workshop Items
- Improved Checks for Items names that start with a number
- Removed Christmas event
