Alright, so I forgot one instance of an upgrade that was removed. Woops.
Fixes:
- The mod should actually work now.
- Removed all remaining instances of GLA Radar Jammer, Hellfire Drone, and Spydrone upgrades.
- For some reason it didn't crash when I was testing it. SAGE is weird sometimes.
